Step inside our 1825 Erie Canal stone building and wander through a place where

history lingers and stories still whisper. Once home to the Irish canal workers

who lived alongthe banks in shanty towns, Windsor Village carries the echoes of

hard work, craftsmanship, music and myth.

Local lore says that when canal boats moved on a few residents stayed behind ~

fairies, gnomes, and the occasional leprechaun ~ quietly making the village their

own. Look closely and might find tiny doors tucked throughout the shops and gardens.

When you do gently knock and scan the code to discover who lives inside. To start your fairy door quest, request a map; a few simple clues will guide your path so explore, navigate and discover all Windsor has to uncover.
